systemtrainer Part of the Experienced Training Ltd portfolio
In development

Training built around the system people actually have to use.

SystemTrainer is being developed for organisations needing practical learning, adoption support and reusable guidance for named workplace systems.

The idea

Learning shaped by the actual interface, not a generic course.

Too much system training is written before the rollout is finished, then left behind when the interface changes underneath it. SystemTrainer starts from the system as people will actually use it—the screens, the steps and the places people get stuck—and builds the learning around that.

The aim is guidance people can follow while doing the task, not a slide deck they sat through once and forgot.

How it could work

Planned examples.

01

Role-based system learning

What someone needs to know, shaped by what their role actually requires them to do in the system.

02

Workflow simulations

Practice the real steps in a safe representation of the system before completing them for real.

03

Job aids and adoption support

Short, reusable reference material for the moment somebody is actually stuck.
